I have lots of interest from students of all levels, from primary schools to people studying MAs. Unfortunately I can’t respond to you all individually, but with your help I will set up this page to answer as many questions as possible and so create a bank of information for everyone. You can e.mail further questions or comments to me which I will endeavour to post on this page. (Apologies in advance for any slow responses, there’s never enough time in the day!) It would be nice to share knowledge, so if you have any suggestions, comments, books, websites, exhibitions worth going to see, other artists of interest that you think are related I can post these as well. I hope that you will understand that this is a technique that I have spent a long time developing and therefore I won’t answer specific questions on how I make my work. My advice here is simply to experiment and see what happens; it’s a great medium to work in with lots of possibilities.
